"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
This piece of wisdom by Maimonides is the reason I got into training in the first place, only to realize that along with my trainees I too learn and grow professionally with every session

• The best kind of training begins with need analysis, and that is where I start.
• “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn” this quote by Benjamin Franklin has inspired my training style.
• My training methodology is interactive with pragmatic role play scenarios and live demonstrations, thus ensuring that the participants have hands on practice of the said pedagogy.
• I strongly advocate the derivative form of learning vis-a-vis the informative form.
• An empathetic trainer is able to connect with the audience and win the confidence of the participants and that is my continuous endeavor.
• As a trainer I see my role as someone who polishes out the inherent sheen in the silverware, wherein I awaken the trainees sub conscious knowledge base.
• I believe in the adage ‘Motivation works where criticism fails’

I'm blessed with a beautiful and an extremely supportive and encouraging family, and they head my priority chart. I'm also lucky because my work is my favorite  hobby. When I'm not with my trainees, I'm either cooped up with a book or listening to the endless list of TED talks online. I enjoy my evening walks with my i-pod plugged in with my favorite music. Cooking serves as a stress buster after a day’s work.
